Shipping

• All cards are printed, packed and shipped by the artist

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

• Cards are packaged in an A4 board backed envelope for protection during delivery.

Delivery

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

• Standard Royal Mail delivery is an estimated 2-3 days.

All our prints and greeting cards are made to order especially for you. We put care into every item we produce and want you to love what you receive.

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt personalised and made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day return right. However, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 fully apply — meaning if anything arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will always put it right.

We will offer a free replacement if your order:

Arrives damaged / Has a print defect / Wrong item / Does not arrive

We cannot resolve:

Change of mind / Colour variation / Incorrect delivery address / Damage after delivery

How to report an issue:

Please send an email to hello@nixelledesign.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence of the issue.

We aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As we do not accept returns, we are happy to provide replacements for any faulty goods.
